SimplyReport vs AgencyAnalytics
AgencyAnalytics is the incumbent in agency reporting, and it is a bigger product than this one in almost every direction. 85+ integrations against our two. An AI tracker that runs today against ours that does not. White-label with a custom domain against a client report that still carries our name in the footer.
There is one number where we come out ahead, and it is the reason this page exists: their pricing is per client, ours is flat, so at five clients they are $100 a month and we are $29.
Choose AgencyAnalytics if…
- You manage more than a handful of clients. Their price is per client and ours is flat, so the arithmetic tilts our way as you grow — but everything else about them scales better than us, and past about a dozen clients that matters more than the bill.
- You report on anything beyond SEO. Paid social, email, call tracking, e-commerce: 85+ integrations against our GA4 and Search Console. This is not a gap we are closing.
- You need AI search tracking now. Their AI Tracker covers ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity today, at $0.10 per query. Ours is not running. If the ChatGPT question is why you are shopping, they answer it and we do not.
- You want rank tracking on the same bill. They sell it — add-on — $41.67/mo per 500 keywords, billed annually — and we do not have it at all.
- You want your own domain on the report. Their white-label includes a custom domain and email; ours is planned.
- You want to start today. They will invoice you this afternoon; we are in closed beta.
Choose SimplyReport if…
- You have around five clients and would rather pay a flat $29 than $100.
- SEO is the whole job, and 83 integrations you will never connect are 83 things in a menu.
- You would rather have the analysis written than have another chart.

Their figures come from their pricing page and their AI Tracker documentation, read 2026-08-11. A client, in their words, is “A Client represents one business relationship you manage in AgencyAnalytics.” Their pricing page publishes only the billed-annually rate and a 20% annual saving. It does not print a month-to-month figure, and we are not going to infer one. Our column is the same one as our pricing.
Two things their help centre says that their marketing pages do not
AI Tracker queries the platforms headlessly
“AI Tracker uses a 'headless' approach, which means it talks directly to the AI through a back-end API, rather than using the AI the way a person would.”
An answer captured through a back-end API is more general than the one a signed-in person gets, because it carries none of that person’s context. That is a property of measuring AI answers at all rather than something particular to their implementation, and the same would be true of ours.
It is credit-priced because the queries cost money to run
“Every prompt it tracks runs real queries against AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, and those queries cost AgencyAnalytics money every week they run. Credit-based pricing keeps that cost tied to what you actually track, so you're not paying for platforms or locations you don't use.”
Worth knowing before you compare any two prices in this category: tracking AI answers is a recurring API cost, not a feature that is written once. It is why we say our own AI search tracking will be metered when it ships rather than unlimited inside a subscription — the same per-query cost applies to us.
Both quotes are from their AI Tracker setup documentation, read 2026-08-11.
If five clients and a flat price is the shape you want
SimplyReport is in closed beta, from $29/month when it opens. If you need any of the things listed above as reasons to choose them, choose them.
Either way, the AI crawler access check is free and runs today — worth pointing at a client’s domain before you decide anything.
