The short version

SimplyReport is a client reporting tool. You use it to generate and deliver reports to your clients. We provide the service, you own your data. Don't use it for anything illegal. That covers most of it.

Service description

SimplyReport ("the Service") is a web-based application that connects to third-party analytics platforms, processes the data, and generates client-facing reports. The Service is provided by wearempa ("we", "us").

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person or entity per account. No shared accounts.

Your data

You own your data. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over the reports you generate, the analytics data you connect, or the content created through the Service. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Resell access to the Service without permission

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if you're unhappy within the first 14 days, email us and we'll sort it out.

AI-generated content

The AI analysis in reports is generated by language models based on your analytics data. While we design the system to produce accurate, data-backed insights, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated commentary before sending reports to your clients.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Third-party API changes (Google, Meta) may temporarily affect data availability. We'll communicate any significant service disruptions via email.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you via email for any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
