What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't use tracking cookies, we don't sell your data, and we don't share your email with third parties.

The free tools at /tools set no cookies and use no web storage, and the two that are running store nothing at all. The AI Visibility Snapshot is not in service: it accepts no runs, so it collects no addresses and stores no results. If it opens it will ask for an email address — each run makes live search calls that cost us money — and this page will describe that before it does.

When the product launches, SimplyReport will connect to third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) on your behalf using OAuth 2.0. We request read-only access to your analytics data. We never access, store, or process your Google account credentials.

How we use your data

  • Your email: to notify you when early access opens and send product updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Analytics data (post-launch): to generate client reports within your account. Your data is never shared with other users or used for any purpose outside your account.
  • AI analysis: your analytics metrics are sent to OpenAI's API to generate report commentary. No personally identifiable information is included — only aggregated website metrics (session counts, traffic sources, etc.).

Data storage

Waitlist data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU region). When the product launches, your analytics data will be stored encrypted at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely — we never store them in plain text.

  • OpenAI and Anthropic — AI-powered report analysis, and the AI Visibility Snapshot tool (no personal data sent; the tool sends only the target domain's own public page text)
  • Resend — sending the AI Visibility Snapshot result to the address you gave
  • LemonSqueezy — payment processing (post-launch)
  • Google APIs — Analytics and Search Console data access (post-launch)

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and referral sources, so we can tell how people find SimplyReport. GA4 sets first-party cookies in your browser. We do not run any other analytics, tag manager, pixel or session recorder, and the free tools at /tools set no cookies of their own.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing marko@wearempa.com. We'll remove your information within 7 days. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data access, rectification, and portability.
