What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't use tracking cookies, we don't sell your data, and we don't share your email with third parties.

When the product launches, SimplyReport will connect to third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) on your behalf using OAuth 2.0. We request read-only access to your analytics data. We never access, store, or process your Google account credentials.

How we use your data

  • Your email: to notify you when early access opens and send product updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Analytics data (post-launch): to generate client reports within your account. Your data is never shared with other users or used for any purpose outside your account.
  • AI analysis: your analytics metrics are sent to OpenAI's API to generate report commentary. No personally identifiable information is included — only aggregated website metrics (session counts, traffic sources, etc.).

Data storage

Waitlist data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU region). When the product launches, your analytics data will be stored encrypted at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely — we never store them in plain text.

  • OpenAI — AI-powered report analysis (no personal data sent)
  • LemonSqueezy — payment processing (post-launch)
  • Google APIs — Analytics and Search Console data access (post-launch)

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that don't require cookies or collect personal data. We track page views and referral sources to understand how people find SimplyReport. No personal information is collected through our analytics.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing marko@wearempa.com. We'll remove your information within 7 days. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data access, rectification, and portability.
